Position: F&B Sales

Responsibilities:

• Proactively sell and promote the hotel’s F&B offerings, including banquets, events, and catering services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key accounts.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the F&B department.
• Prepare sales proposals and contracts for clients.
• Collaborate with the F&B and culinary teams to ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in F&B Sales or hotel sales with a focus on MICE and social events.
• Strong network of contacts within the Cikarang and surrounding areas.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Ability to understand client needs and create customized solutions.
• Proficient in English and familiar with CRM software.
• A positive and professional attitude.
