Position: Admin Sales
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records.
- Handle correspondence with clients and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist in coordinating sales meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well in a team and support sales executives.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
