Position: Admin Sales

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate sales records.
• Handle correspondence with clients and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Assist in coordinating sales meetings and events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well in a team and support sales executives.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
