Position: HR Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the administration of performance reviews and disciplinary processes.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
