Position: Administration & Training Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule all internal and external training sessions for hotel staff.
- Assist in the development and preparation of training materials, presentations, and manuals.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on employee development progress.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Training department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Manage logistics for training events, including venue setup, equipment, and catering arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Hold a diploma in a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
- Well-versed in social media platforms and strategies
- Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English
