Position: Front Office Host (Mandarin Speaker)
Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and personalized welcome to all guests, with a special focus on Mandarin-speaking clientele.
- Manage all aspects of the guest check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Mandarin-speaking guests to assist with their needs throughout their stay.
- Process payments, manage guest accounts, and maintain accurate records in the PMS.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Guest Relations Officer in a 5-star hotel.
- **Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory.**
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera).
- Impeccable grooming and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
