Position: Chef De Partie (CDP)

The General Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same field at 3 or 4 stars hotel chain.
• Graduated from a reputable university or a specialized hospitality.
• Candidate know Indonesian and Western Cuisine.
• Candidate able to maintain stock and maintain food-cost standard.
• Fluent in English both orally and written.
• Creative team player, with a sense of initiative and dedication to deliver a high level of guest services activities.
• Presentable appearance with good with good personality.
