Position: Guest Service Ambassador (GSA)
The General Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) from Hotel Management/Tourism major or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy.
- Experience in night audit will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, approachable and service-oriented attitude.
- Able to multi-task, adaptable, high initiative, discipline, meticulous, well-organized.
- Good looking & well-groomed.
- Willing to work with shift-based, include working on public holiday.
