Position: Guest Service Ambassador (GSA)

The General Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) from Hotel Management/Tourism major or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) and computer literacy.
  • Experience in night audit will be highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, approachable and service-oriented attitude.
  • Able to multi-task, adaptable, high initiative, discipline, meticulous, well-organized.
  • Good looking & well-groomed.
  • Willing to work with shift-based, include working on public holiday.
