Position: Spa Reception (Daily Worker)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all spa guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage spa appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and products to guests.
• Process payments and manage the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception area.

General Requirements:

• Relevant educational background.
• Have minimum 3 month experience for daily worker.
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
• Good in English both written and spoken.
• Well-groomed and attractive appearance.
• Domiciled in Bali and able to join immediately.
• Previous experience with spa booking software is an advantage.
