Position: GSO Male (Staff)

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the guest check-in and check-out process with warmth and efficiency.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide comprehensive information about the resort’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts in the Property Management System.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.

General Requirements:

• Relevant educational background.
• Minimum 1 year experience for staff at similar position.
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
• Good in English both written and spoken.
• Well-groomed and attractive appearance.
• Domiciled in Bali and able to join immediately.
• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
