Position: Guest Relation Officer – Mandarin Speaking
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist all VIP and Mandarin-speaking guests.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking guests, handling their inquiries and special requests.
- Ensure a seamless and personalized experience from arrival to departure.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Gather guest feedback to improve services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same position from 4/5 star hotel background.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin Speaking is essential for this position.
- Discipline, passionate and high motivated individuals, influential people, time management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric attitude.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
