Position: Cook (Melayu Food)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Melayu dishes according to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station at all times.
• Manage inventory for the Melayu food section and assist with ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Cook with specific expertise in Melayu cuisine.
• In depth knowledge of traditional Melayu ingredients, cooking techniques, and recipes.
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment.
• Culinary certification or relevant vocational training is an advantage.
• Creative and passionate about culinary arts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
