Position: Head Chef (Pre-Opening Sop Buntut Bogor Cafe, Sentul)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Chef in a 4 or 5 star hotel or reputable restaurant
• Chain restaurant experience is preferred, especially with Indonesian cuisine
• Strong leadership skills to manage and mentor the kitchen team during a pre opening phase
• Expertise in menu development, food costing, and inventory management
• Passionate, detailed, and self driven with a commitment to high quality food production
• In depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
