Kimpton Suntaya Bali Ubud is a stunning new luxury resort preparing for its grand opening in the heart of Ubud, Bali. As a signature destination, we are introducing two world class Japanese dining experiences, Shaku (a contemporary Izakaya den) and Imamura Ubud (an Omakase journey). Position: Junior sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or senior Chef De Partie.
- Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine is highly desirable.
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assist in managing kitchen staff and daily operations.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Passionate about culinary arts and eager to learn.
