Position: Head Chef

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a head chef or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to develop and cost menus effectively
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Willing to learn and grow with the team
  • Proven ability in kitchen financial management, including food cost and labor control.
  • Strong creativity and flair for menu innovation and presentation.
