Position: Head Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a head chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Ability to develop and cost menus effectively
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn and grow with the team
- Proven ability in kitchen financial management, including food cost and labor control.
- Strong creativity and flair for menu innovation and presentation.
