Position: Chef de Partie – Pastry

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie – Pastry or senior Demi Chef in a 5-star hotel or high-end pastry shop.
  • Strong technical skills in creating a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, and breads.
  • Creativity and passion for pastry arts and presentation.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP.
  • Ability to manage a specific station and supervise junior kitchen staff.
  • Good understanding of inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure.
