Position: Chef de Partie – Pastry
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie – Pastry or senior Demi Chef in a 5-star hotel or high-end pastry shop.
- Strong technical skills in creating a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, and breads.
- Creativity and passion for pastry arts and presentation.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP.
- Ability to manage a specific station and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Good understanding of inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure.
