Position: Engineering Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the engineering team and oversee daily maintenance and repair tasks.
- Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program for all hotel equipment and facilities.
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from guests and other departments promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Assist in managing the department’s budget and inventory of spare parts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience at a senior staff level in hotel engineering.
- Experienced in the Hotel industry.
- Familiar with the VHP System Program.
- Good communication skills and able to work independently or within a team.
- Good interpersonal skill, fast learner, talented, and works well with pressure.
- No smoking is an advantage.
