Position: FB Director

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a large, five star luxury hotel with multiple outlets
• Proven track record of driving F&B revenue, managing budgets, and controlling costs effectively
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a large and diverse team
• Innovative mindset for developing new concepts and enhancing the dining experience
• In depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, service standards, and operational excellence
• Exceptional financial acumen and strategic planning abilities
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required
