Position: Executive Chef

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a five star luxury hotel with extensive F&B operations
  • Exceptional culinary creativity and expertise in managing multiple kitchens and international cuisines
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for training and developing a world class culinary team
  • Expertise in menu engineering, food costing, procurement, and budget management
  • Deep understanding of HACCP and all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
