Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including multiple F&B outlets.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Assist with menu development, food costing, and inventory management.
- Train and mentor junior culinary staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or high-volume, upscale restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills with a creative and artistic flair.
- Excellent leadership, training, and kitchen management abilities.
- Good understanding of food cost control and kitchen financials.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Formal culinary arts degree or equivalent.
- Experience in the Jakarta culinary scene is an advantage.
