Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including multiple F&B outlets.
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Assist with menu development, food costing, and inventory management.
• Train and mentor junior culinary staff.
• Ensure strict compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel or high-volume, upscale restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills with a creative and artistic flair.
• Excellent leadership, training, and kitchen management abilities.
• Good understanding of food cost control and kitchen financials.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Formal culinary arts degree or equivalent.
• Experience in the Jakarta culinary scene is an advantage.
