Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Support the Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise a section of the kitchen, ensuring food quality and consistency.
- Train and guide junior chefs (Demi Chef, Commis).
- Assist with ordering, inventory, and ensuring minimal waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Committed to detail and culinary excellence.
- Experience in the East Java culinary scene.
- A positive and inspiring attitude.
