Position: Chef de Cuisine
Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary operations of a specific restaurant or large kitchen (e.g., All Day Dining, Banquet).
- Manage the kitchen brigade, ensuring food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Assist the Executive Chef with menu development, costing, and inventory control.
- Train and mentor junior culinary staff.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or senior Sous Chef in a 5-star hotel kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and leadership abilities.
- A passionate hotelier committed to excellence and creativity.
- Experience in managing a high-volume kitchen operation.
- Good understanding of food cost management.
- Pre-opening experience in Surabaya is an advantage.
- Ability to inspire and empower a culinary team.
