Position: Stewarding Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel’s entire stewarding department for the pre-opening, including all kitchens and F&B outlets.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory of all operating equipment (china, glass, silver).
- Implement and manage world-class hygiene, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
- Lead and train the stewarding team to support all culinary and F&B operations.
- Manage the stewarding budget and control equipment breakage.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Stewarding Manager in a large, 5-star luxury hotel.
- Pre-opening experience is essential for setting up all stewarding operations.
- Expert knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and inventory management skills.
- A passionate leader committed to excellence and detail.
- Ability to manage a large team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Surabaya hotel market is a plus.
