Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Manage food preparation and inventory
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
