Position: Executive Chef (JR102825)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the culinary team and oversee all food production operations
- Create and develop innovative menus that reflect the resort’s concept and local flavors
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and inventory
- Train and mentor culinary staff to achieve excellence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury resort or hotel
- Strong culinary expertise with a focus on quality ingredients
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing talent
- Fluent in English
