Position: Commis Hot Kitchen (F&B Product)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items for the hot kitchen according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients, managing stock, and receiving deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure smooth workflow and effective coordination with other kitchen sections.
- Monitor food inventory and assist with cost control measures to minimize waste.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Good computer literacy.
- Hands-on, service-oriented, and fluent in English.
- A positive attitude with the ability to support a team effectively.
