Position: Commis Hot Kitchen (F&B Product)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items for the hot kitchen according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients, managing stock, and receiving deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure smooth workflow and effective coordination with other kitchen sections.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with cost control measures to minimize waste.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Good computer literacy.
• Hands-on, service-oriented, and fluent in English.
• A positive attitude with the ability to support a team effectively.
