Position: Sous Chef

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations and culinary teams.
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage food costing, ordering, and inventory control.
• Develop and test new menu items.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume, multi outlet luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong culinary skills and a creative passion for food.
• Excellent leadership, training, and kitchen management abilities.
• Strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen finance.
• Experience in a pre-opening environment in Bali is highly valued.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Formal culinary arts degree or equivalent.
