Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire culinary division for the pre-opening, including all restaurants, banquet, and pastry.
- Develop and execute all culinary concepts, menus, and quality standards for the hotel.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a world-class culinary brigade.
- Manage all kitchen financials, including food cost, labor, and budgets.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a large, multi-outlet, 5-star luxury hotel.
- Extensive pre-opening experience is essential.
- A visionary culinary leader with a passion for innovation, creativity, and detail.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex kitchen operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a large, diverse team.
- Experience in the Surabaya or greater Indonesian culinary scene.
- Committed to sourcing the best ingredients and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
