Position: Executive Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire culinary division for the pre-opening, including all restaurants, banquet, and pastry.
• Develop and execute all culinary concepts, menus, and quality standards for the hotel.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a world-class culinary brigade.
• Manage all kitchen financials, including food cost, labor, and budgets.
• Ensure unwavering compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a large, multi-outlet, 5-star luxury hotel.
• Extensive pre-opening experience is essential.
• A visionary culinary leader with a passion for innovation, creativity, and detail.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex kitchen operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a large, diverse team.
• Experience in the Surabaya or greater Indonesian culinary scene.
• Committed to sourcing the best ingredients and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
