Position: Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
• Demonstrated success in a sales management role with a proven track record of exceeding targets
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring a sales team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Advanced negotiation and presentation abilities for high value accounts
• Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management and reporting, as well as the Microsoft Office suite
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
