Position: Director of MICE
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive MICE sales and operations strategy to achieve and exceed hotel revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high performing MICE team, fostering a culture of success and collaboration.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event partners, and key industry players.
- Oversee the entire event lifecycle from sales negotiation to operational execution, ensuring service excellence.
- Utilize CRM and event management software to track performance, manage pipelines, and produce accurate forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in MICE sales and operations within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions segment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing high performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building abilities with corporate clients and event partners.
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM and event management software.
- Excellent command of English and the local language.
