Position: Sales Manager – MICE
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit and handle MICE inquiries and leads
- Convert leads into confirmed business through effective negotiation
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure successful event execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Qualifications:
- Experience in MICE sales within the hospitality industry
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
