Position: HR Admin

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare essential HR documents, such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and letters.
• Support the payroll process by providing relevant data like attendance records, leaves, and overtime.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR administration or relevant administrative role.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills.
• Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws is an advantage.
