Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or L&D management role within the luxury hotel sector
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience in conducting training needs analysis and creating training calendars
• Passionate about employee growth and development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
