Position: HR Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and files.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
  • Help coordinate employee onboarding and training sessions.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and attendance records.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an HR Admin, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws is a plus.
