Position: Learning & Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement the hotel’s pre-opening training strategy, from orientation to leadership development.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure world-class service standards.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and deliver engaging training sessions.
  • Champion the brand’s culture, service standards, and values.
  • Develop departmental trainers and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or L&D Manager in a luxury hotel.
  • Pre-opening and quality assurance experience is essential.
  • A passionate and dynamic leader with exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to design and implement innovative training programs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • A visionary who can inspire a team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Experience in the Surabaya market is beneficial.
