Position: Training Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for all hotel staff, including orientation and departmental training.
- Assist in conducting training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.
- Develop and update training materials, ensuring they align with ARTOTEL standards.
- Track and maintain all employee training records.
- Support the HR team in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Training or L&D role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- A passionate and energetic individual dedicated to employee growth.
- Experience in developing creative training modules is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
