Position: Training Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for all hotel staff, including orientation and departmental training.
• Assist in conducting training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.
• Develop and update training materials, ensuring they align with ARTOTEL standards.
• Track and maintain all employee training records.
• Support the HR team in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Training or L&D role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• A passionate and energetic individual dedicated to employee growth.
• Experience in developing creative training modules is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
