Position: Assistant Director of Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Director of HR in managing all aspects of the HR function for the pre-opening and beyond.
  • Oversee recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training.
  • Help build a dynamic, positive, and high-performance culture aligned with the brand’s values.
  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Act as a key leader and advisor to department heads.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Director of HR or senior HR Manager in a luxury hotel.
  • Strong pre-opening and mass recruitment experience is highly desirable.
  • A visionary leader who can inspire and empower a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
  • Passionate about people development, creativity, and service excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in the Surabaya hospitality market.
