Position: Assistant Director of Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of HR in managing all aspects of the HR function for the pre-opening and beyond.
- Oversee recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training.
- Help build a dynamic, positive, and high-performance culture aligned with the brand’s values.
- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with Indonesian labor laws.
- Act as a key leader and advisor to department heads.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Director of HR or senior HR Manager in a luxury hotel.
- Strong pre-opening and mass recruitment experience is highly desirable.
- A visionary leader who can inspire and empower a team.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Passionate about people development, creativity, and service excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in the Surabaya hospitality market.
