Position: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for the pre-opening team.
  • Champion the hotel’s culture, ensuring it is embedded in all employee experiences.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters with fairness and empathy.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager in a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong generalist HR skills, with a focus on employee relations and Indonesian labor law.
  • A passionate hotelier committed to building a positive and excellent work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience in a pre-opening context in Surabaya is a plus.
  • Ability to inspire and empower colleagues.
