Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple F&B outlets, from fine dining to casual settings.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.
- Excellent guest experience skills, with a focus on service excellence.
- Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate a large team.
- Great decision making and problem solving skills in a dynamic environment.
