Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple F&B outlets, from fine dining to casual settings.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.
• Excellent guest experience skills, with a focus on service excellence.
• Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate a large team.
• Great decision making and problem solving skills in a dynamic environment.
