Order Taker (In Villa Dining)
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest orders for in-villa dining via phone with professional etiquette
- Coordinate with the kitchen and butler service for timely delivery
- Maintain an accurate record of guest preferences and special dietary needs
- Upsell dining options and promote resort beverage selections
- Ensure the accuracy of billing and transaction processing
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills in English
- Previous experience in order taking or front office is preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Proficient in hotel property management or POS systems
- Friendly attitude and guest-focused mindset
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an advantage
