Position: Assistant Reservation Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • In depth knowledge of reservation procedures, PMS, and online booking channels
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and train the reservations team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle booking inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Detail oriented with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue
  • Fluent in English
