Position: Revenue Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Support the Revenue Manager in developing and implementing pricing and inventory strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor data, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Manage hotel inventory across all distribution channels to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Assist in maintaining rate parity and managing online travel agent (OTA) promotions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a revenue management, reservations, or data analysis role within the hotel industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, and revenue management systems is an advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
