Position: Revenue Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support the Revenue Manager in developing and implementing pricing and inventory strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor data, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Manage hotel inventory across all distribution channels to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Assist in maintaining rate parity and managing online travel agent (OTA) promotions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a revenue management, reservations, or data analysis role within the hotel industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, and revenue management systems is an advantage.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English.
