Position: Cruise Operation Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing marine or cruise operations, preferably with luxury vessels
  • Strong maritime knowledge, including safety procedures, navigation, and vessel maintenance
  • Excellent leadership skills to manage boat crew and onboard service staff
  • Experience in itinerary planning and logistics for boat excursions
  • Exceptional guest service and problem solving skills
  • Relevant maritime certifications are highly advantageous
  • Fluent in English
