Position: Guest Relation Officer (Japanese Native)

Qualifications:

• Native Japanese speaker with fluency in English is essential
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest relations or front office role in a hotel catering to Japanese clientele
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Deep understanding of Japanese culture and service expectations
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues for Japanese guests effectively
