Position: Duty Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office supervisory role in a luxury resort
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, particularly Rooms Division
• Strong decision making and problem solving abilities
• Proven ability to manage the hotel during shifts and handle any guest or operational issues
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
