Position: Duty Manager
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office supervisory role in a luxury resort
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, particularly Rooms Division
- Strong decision making and problem solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage the hotel during shifts and handle any guest or operational issues
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
