As a rapidly growing brand known for smart, comfortable, and strategically located hotels across Indonesia, this new addition will bring our signature hospitality to the heart of Kalimantan Timur. We are now assembling our pioneer team and offering exciting hotel jobs in Balikpapan.

Position: General Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead all pre-opening activities, including team recruitment, setup of operations, and establishing brand standards.
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including finance, sales, HR, and guest services, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, manage budgets, and achieve hotel targets.
- Act as the primary ambassador for the hotel, building strong relationships with guests, the community, and owners.
- Ensure full compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a reputable hotel.
- Proven track record in hotel pre-opening and successful operational management.
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Balikpapan or Kalimantan Timur market is a significant advantage.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
