Position: Hotel Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, with a strong focus on rooms division and guest services.
- Lead and manage heads of departments, ensuring all teams work cohesively.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction are met.
- Support the pre-opening process by developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage budgets for various departments and assist with financial forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior management role (e.g., Hotel Manager, EAM, or Director of Rooms).
- Strong operational background, particularly in Rooms Division and F&B.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
