Position: Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage all housekeeping operations during the pre-opening phase, including sourcing supplies and setting up SOPs.
- Lead, train, and manage the entire housekeeping and laundry team.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory control (linens, supplies, chemicals), and cost-saving measures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant EHK in a full-service hotel.
- Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in pre-opening a hotel is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
- Budget management and inventory control expertise.
